Q1: Is this 100% human hair?
A1: Yes. Testing by burning- human hair will show white smoke while burning and then turnto ash; synthetic hair will show black smoke and will be a sticky ball after burning.

Q2: Can I dye/colorit?
A4: Yes, for sure it can be dyed, curled, straightened, iron flatted and bleached as your own style(PS: PIs don't exceed 150 C, or the hair will be destroyed.)

Q3: How long does it last?
A3: It depends on your care (generally 12-24 months). Washing regularly with conditioner andoil are key to keep its charming.

Q4:  How's tangling and shedding?
A4: Ali Queen hair has no tangle or shedding problem, can last over 2 years with proper care.

Q5:  When will you ship my order?
A5:  Usually Ali Queen can ship within 24 hours after you've finished payment. No later than 48 hours.(Weekends/Holidays might take longer) 

Q6:  How Long is Delivery?
A6:  Usually Fedex/DHL takes 2-5 business days to get to you.
